Inspection Comments | BACK DRY STORAGE AREA STILL HAS RODENT FECES ON FLOOR. FOOD SHELVES IN FRONT AREA STILL HAS RODENT FECES ON THEM. CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL FOOD SHELVES IMMEDIATELY. REQUIRE EXTERMINATOR COMPANY TO RETURN AND RE-ACCESS THE RODENT INFESTATION AND FIX THE PROBLEM ASAP. ASK EXTERMINATOR COMPANY TO LEAVE A REPORT AND FOLLOW THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS. WILL RETURN IN 5 DAYS TO BE SURE SHELVES ARE CLEAN AND RODENT INFESTATION IS UNDER CONTROL. |
